I had always admired flowers painted by the Dutch masters. And this time, I got taken and inspired by a work by Jan rans van Dael - Flowers Still Life on a marble ledge.
Although not fully a realist myself, nevertheless, I tried my best and with this medium too which I seldom use.
Being the impatient, I can't wait to finish this but it's just impossible as I have got to focus on each flower. I did not add ALL the details as per the actual work, but thought this should suffice for the time being. Who knows? I might just add those in or more details when I feel like it.
