BEAUTY
It's time for me to paint another landscape of sorts and this kind of caught my attention when I saw it. I don't know -- somehow it speaks to me. It used to be guarded against outsiders and during the colonisation period, the entire hill was occupied by the Europeans mainly British who lived here. It was a very nice walk around the park and I found so many treasures that were unbeknownst to me before! Pretty gothic looking but with the light shining through, it is a metaphor of something brighter coming through in a very dark world. Amidst the ugliness there is beauty if we want and can find it and it's up to us to make THE Choice to pursue our own happiness and live LIFE whatever our circumstances. I also want to convey a message that we don't have to talk sometimes and Action speaks louder than words. In the Silence, we see and feel and hear more sensitively than when it's played out loud. For He has said, Be Still and Know that I am He...
