This was a project done at a cafe that opened along a strip that is popular with yuppies, tourists and residents. The owner wanted it mostly in black and white with touches of sepia and yellows to light up. Their cafe logo was hand painted in blue as you can see on the tent. The image is supposed to make you feel as if you are sitting right there in some Parisienne side road watching the world go by while sipping coffee or drinking your favorite hofbrau german beer while holding a cigar in one hand. It is like walking in a foreign country when you stepped into the zone with all these cafes serving all kinds of food giving a bohemian feel to the atmosphere in this area. Should you come over for a visit, don't miss Cali Cafe and Bar in Holland Village at 24 Jalan Mambong. I can't ask for more and happy to be asked to do this. I hope to do more of such projects going forward. I want to thank the owner for giving me this wonderful opportunity to showcase what I can do and transform into a cosy place for diners.
