Nikki Dalton
Such a beautiful bold and striking floral work Belinda! Exquisite! fv
Belinda Low replied:
Nikki - this was my one of two early second floral pieces and i was surprised that when you don't allow your mind to be restricted that you can go free with your brushstrokes and that's when I enjoyed the most! Thank you for visiting, dear.
Iris Gelbart
Lovely work.......The colours are wonderful and the work is great....
Belinda Low replied:
Hey Iris! Thank you! Art is so subjective that beauty lies in the eye of the beholder.

Gorgeous Belinda! I really love the color comb. on this one! Of course blue has always been a fav. color of mine! :D
Belinda Low replied:
Debbie - This was meant to be a fun exercise. Am glad you like it. Yes Blue is my fav colour and I realised it when I started painting!
Kathy Stiber
This is beautiful Belinda! Reminds me a little of Van Gogh.
Belinda Low replied:
Thank you Kathy! I often wondered what and how VG was feeling when he was painting and while I was doing it I suddenly had this great urge to use fiery colours and quick brush strokes I felt kinda at one w him then....
Studio Tolere
I like the way you worked with the colors behind the vase. I think Vincent would have approved.
Belinda Low replied:
Thanks to Studio Tolere for your comment. Yes I am a more 'voracious' painter and I let my hands and brush GO with the flow...I like speed painting too cos I don't wanna let that thought and emotion fade away the moment I slow down....I love your works too given that you are self taught!
Tessa Fairey
Gorgeous vase of irises Belinda! Lovely vibrant colors! v/f
Belinda Low replied:
Tessa Hello again and Thank you for liking this. It was one of those where I was able to go with the flow and just paint adding the colours as I see fit at that point in time. The tri-colour background was done on purpose and the irises - well they were meant to be impressionistic not resembling totally the real flowers...Have a nice day!
