Beauty Captured. My second street art project which was completed over three weekend days for about 3-4 hours each session. It measures approximately 7.5 feet high and 20 feet in length across. Anything above the reflection of the light which are the buildings, sky and stars, we had to use ladders and brushes attached to long sticks to paint. This is the first in a series of four done in the style of Vangogh but with a local twist. It feels good to be able to give back to the community by contributing this way. This is special to the residents since the artwork was formally approved by them. You would have noticed that I had included a couple and two children playing nearby and the bicycle which is a cheap mode of transport but very good for moving giving this a local twist. Can't wait to start on the next one! Three more to go! Thank you for stopping by.

Hi Dee! Thanks so much for visiting and for your kind feedback on this work! Yes I started liking murals since I started last year. We often decide what to add during the process so included images on ad-hoc basis. Bringing back to the 21st Century this image which VG painted to my homeland. Added the apartments in the back and the children with the couple sitting. It's something VG always wanted - a family! Also bringing the sea to this neighborhood. :)
